At NOOR SULTAN, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Our products are made to order, including apparel, accessories, and home goods.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at noorsultan.collection@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when available.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our products are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations may be possible before production begins but cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
